Shipping Policy
Shipping on all orders over $100.00 is FREE! International shipping - We ship orders internationally on an individual basis. Please email sales@sparcoracingequipment.com for a shipping quote and special terms.
Return Policy We offer a 100% money back guarantee within 15 days with the following necessary exceptions: -All returns, other than shipping damaged goods or incorrect shipments, are subject to a 20% restocking fee. CUSTOMER MUST PAY FOR SHIPPING ON RETURNS. NO POSTAGE DUE RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AND NO CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED FOR SHIPPING CHARGES. REFUSED SHIPMENTS WILL ALSO BE CHARGED 20% RE-STOCKING FEE AND WILL BE CREDITED LESS SHIPPING FEES. Please call for return authorization before shipping product back to SparcoRacingEquiptment.com. We cannot accept returns on seats or special order items. Items must be returned 15 days from receipt of merchandise in its original packaging and in original unused and resalable condition. All items requiring manufacturer's warranty repair or replacement must be handled directly through the individual manufacturer and should not be returned to SparcoRacingEquiptment.com . We are more then willing to help you in contacting the manufacturer regarding any warranty issues.
Backorder Policy If we are currently out of a product we can usually get it very quickly. If an item is on back order with the manufacturer we will contact the customer regarding the situation. Damaged Goods Policy
We accept returns/exchanges in the rare case of a shipping damaged product or an incorrect shipment. We will promptly
